LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The heart of the home is a stunning open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with impressive double-volume ceilings and skylights, creating a wonderfully bright and airy atmosphere. Large sliding doors open directly onto the spacious patio, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow seamlessly together while making the most of the breathtaking sea views.
The comfortable lounge area features two double-seater sofas, a coffee table, side tables with reading lights, a selection of books and a large wall-mounted Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the North Devon coast.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an electric hob with extractor, double oven, air fryer, under-counter fridge and freezer, four-slice toaster, kettle and a central kitchen island. A full range of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, tea towels and oven gloves is provided, while the dining table comfortably seats four guests.

SNUG
The separate snug provides a wonderful second living space and also offers additional sleeping accommodation with a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to five guests. Whether used as a quiet reading room, home office or third bedroom, it features a desk with office chair and a second large wall-mounted Smart TV.
BEDROOM 1
The spacious principal bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, bedside tables with reading lights and an attractive feature floor lamp. A generous walk-in wardrobe provides excellent storage for clothing and luggage.
The stylish en-suite shower room includes a spacious walk-in shower with both rainfall and handheld shower heads, a heated towel rail, WC, basin and illuminated backlit mirror.
BEDROOM 2
