This ground floor apartment, accommodating up to 5 people, features high ceilings throughout and exudes a relaxed surf theme. Whether you're planning a surf trip or a peaceful family getaway by the sea, HIBISCUS provides the ideal accommodation for your needs.

LIVING AREAS
Step into the welcoming lounge from the entrance hall, where you'll find wooden flooring adorned with a large rug, complemented by cream and blue furnishings. Sink into two comfortable sofas with plush cushions, alongside a spacious armchair, all arranged around a central coffee table to accommodate up to 6 guests. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Entertainment options abound with a TV, Freeview channels, an Xbox 360 with games, DVD player, VCR, and CD player, ensuring plenty of amusement during your stay. The dining area, located at the end of the spacious carpeted reception hall, features a large wooden table seating 6, ideal for hosting gatherings or enjoying family meals. A striking long board mounted above adds a touch of coastal charm to the space, while central heating ensures warmth and comfort on cooler evenings.

KITCHEN
Situated between the dining room and second bedroom is a well equipped modern kitchen, decorated in neutral cream colours. A fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine will fulfil all your self-catering needs. A high chair is also provided.

BEDROOMS
There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 5.
Bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed with coffee coloured walls, and a separate walk in wardrobe area. Storage baskets, drawers, CD player, mirror and attention to detail make this a luxurious master bedroom.
Bedroom 2 is a wood floored, vibrant, surf-themed room, sleeping 2 in a king-size bed and another in a single bed. The cream and red walls, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, cot, and TV with PlayStation 2 make this an ideal room for adults or children.
A standard cot is provided (please provide own linen).

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is between the dining area and the kitchen. It is family-sized, with grey slate floor, blue walls, clean white tiles and blue mosaic tiling in an alcove over the bath. There is a shower above the bath, WC, sink and towel rail. A perfect place to relax after a surf or long country walk.

OUTDOORS
At the front of the property is a lawn with table and chairs. A great area for eating outside, entertaining, or simply enjoying the sunshine and stunning sea views.
Parking: There are 2 parking passes, located in the property. There is 1 allocated parking space within the apartment car park and 3 other visitors spaces on a first come first serve basis.
