Situated amidst the quaint streets of St Ives, The Villa presents itself as a luxurious 2-bedroom residence, boasting proximity to the charming harbour and pristine beaches of the locale.
KITCHEN:
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a well-appointed kitchen, suffused with natural light and equipped with modern amenities.
This culinary haven features a single oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher, ensuring convenience for culinary endeavours.
The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils, facilitating seamless meal preparation.
LIVING AND DINING AREA:
Adjacent to the kitchen, the inviting living room seamlessly extends into a bright conservatory, offering a dining space for up to five guests.
The living area exudes warmth and hospitality, providing ample room for gatherings. An array of entertainment options awaits, including a diverse selection of board games, puzzles, playing cards, and a sketching set.
Alternatively, guests can enjoy their favourite series or films on the Smart TV. Three generously sized sofas, including a double-sized foldout sofa bed, cater to the comfort of guests, with linen available for hire at £15 per week.
BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom exudes spaciousness and comfort, featuring a king-sized bed (or 2 x single beds - please specify at time of booking), reading lights, bedside tables, and ample storage solutions.
The second bedroom offers a cosy retreat, complete with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, reading lights, and a tall storage unit for clothing and footwear.
BATHROOM:
The large shower room features a convenient wet room design, ideal for guests returning from beach excursions. Guests can indulge in the rejuvenating experience of the large rainfall shower unit.
Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with a WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail, with complimentary toiletries and toilet paper provided for guest convenience.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Accessible via the conservatory, the private enclosed garden area offers an ideal setting for al fresco dining during the summer months.
Guests can enjoy sociable days and evenings, utilising the charcoal BBQ and dining table with chairs.
Ample space is available for hanging up wetsuits, towels, and other beach gear, catering to the needs of beach enthusiasts.
PARKING NOTE:
Although on-site parking is unavailable, guests have the option to leave one vehicle approximately a 15-minute walk away, up the hill on the west side of St Ives, just off the coastal footpath to Zennor.
Detailed directions will be provided upon request. Alternatively, public car parks adjacent to Drillfield Lane and several other nearby locations offer convenient parking options for guests.
Please note that the approach road to the designated parking space (Burthallan Lane) is narrow, and the track may be bumpy, making it unsuitable for vehicles with wide dimensions or low suspension.
