The amenities are designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment, including an indoor heated pool with a thrilling flume, an indoor heated toddlers' pool, a sauna for rejuvenation, a clubhouse featuring family entertainment, and an evening children's entertainment program. Additionally, a children's club offers engaging activities, and there's a restaurant and takeaway services for your convenience. A tranquil beer garden awaits, along with Wi-Fi access in the club area, pool tables for friendly competitions, a games room/arcade for additional entertainment, a play area for children, a challenging crazy golf course, invigorating woodland walks, a convenient mini-market, and a launderette for added convenience.

LIVING AREA:

Upstairs, the expansive living and dining area seamlessly connects to the kitchen. Plush sofas provide comfortable seating for up to 6 guests, complemented by entertainment offerings such as a TV for cosy nights in From the living room, step onto a charming private balcony, perfect for serene moments in nature.

KITCHEN:

Adjacent to the living room, the well-equipped kitchen awaits. This space boasts an under-counter fridge with icebox, a microwave, kettle, oven, grill, stove, and a convenient dishwasher. Additional amenities include a toaster, cafetiere, and all essential kitchen utensils.

BEDROOMS:

The three ground-floor bedrooms accommodate a total of 6 guests, each featuring built-in wardrobe space and mirrors.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed, built-in cupboards, bedside tables, reading lights, and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables, reading lights, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables, reading lights, chest of drawers.
For the youngest members of your party, a travel cot is available upon request.

BATHROOM:

The house boasts two bathrooms for your convenience:
Family bathroom with bath/shower-over (rainfall shower), WC, large mirror, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Separate WC and hand basin.
Bath towels are provided.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

Elevate your experience with optional extras:
Dogs: GBP40 per dog per week/short break.
Activities on-site: A visitor pass for the family can be booked. This provides access to the entertainment area, bar area and swimming area.
Charges are £15 per family for a week and approx. £10 per family for a short break.

A lovely well equipped little upside down house. All staff on the John Fowler site were very friendly and helpful and we took advantage of some of the on site activities. The cottage is a few minutes drive from beaches and St Erth's park and ride
