The bright, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Belling Electric Range Cooker, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and pod coffee machine. Child-friendly cutlery and crockery are also available. A nearby utility room provides additional convenience, featuring a washer-dryer, WC, walk-in shower with a heated towel rail, and hand basin. This space leads directly to the enclosed rear courtyard.

Dining Area:
The kitchen flows into a dedicated dining room with a large table seating eight guests. For smaller meals, an additional table for two is available in the kitchen.

Living Spaces:
Upon entering, a spacious hallway provides ample storage for buggies, coats, shoes, and hiking gear—perfect for beach walks and exploring the area.

• The main living room, to the right, is decorated in calming blues and features two large three-seater sofas, a feature fireplace, and a TV with Netflix.

• The second living room, to the left, is ideal as a quiet reading nook or children's playroom. It has two generous sofas, another feature fireplace and a TV with Netflix. A selection of books (for adults and children), board games, playing cards, puzzles, and children's toys provide entertainment on rainy days.

Both living rooms offer front-facing views of the burrows, estuary and Saunton Golf Course.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are on the upper floor, accessible via carpeted stairs with a retractable stair gate. A spacious landing features a Juliet-style balcony with breathtaking views of the golf course and burrows.

• Bedroom 1: Super King-size bed, oak furniture, bedside lamps, dressing table, two chests of drawers, and stunning views of the golf course and burrows.

• Bedroom 2: King-size bed, matching oak furniture, two chests of drawers, bedside lamps, and the same beautiful views as Bedroom 1.

• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, a hand basin/vanity unit, and an en-suite shower room with WC.

• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, a chest of drawers, and garden views.

Each bedroom includes a hairdryer and bath towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

• Front garden: Two picnic benches for up to eight guests, plus a terraced garden and patio overlooking the golf course and burrows.

• Enclosed courtyard: Accessible from the kitchen, featuring outdoor seating for eight.

Parking is ample, with space for up to six cars at the front and side of the property. The driveway is enclosed with traditional 5-bar gates and hedging. Please ensure children and pets are supervised at all times.
