LIVING AREAS:

Relax in the serene, coastal-themed sitting room with comfortable furnishings and calming décor. Enjoy BT TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Large sliding glass doors open onto a private terrace, where stunning ocean views and sea breezes await - perfect for sunbathing, al fresco meals, or evening drinks.

KITCHEN:

The bright, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with fitted units, wood-effect flooring, and natural light. Appliances include a ceramic hob, oven/grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. A dining table with seating for four makes mealtimes easy and social. A communal utility area with coin-operated dryers is also available.

BEDROOM:

The cosy, tastefully decorated bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe, and a CD/radio alarm.

BATHROOM:

The well-appointed bathroom includes a classic white suite: a bath with an electric power shower over, a wash basin, and a WC. Bright and clean, it offers everything you need for a refreshing start or end to your day.

OUTDOORS:

Step onto your private sun terrace and take in panoramic views across the bay. With a table, chairs, and sun loungers, it’s ideal for dining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the sea air. Parking: One dedicated space is provided (guest parking is limited).

Swimming Pool Notice: Use of the pool is at guests’ own risk. Children under 16 and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult. The pool is unattended; no lifeguard is provided. Guests agree to indemnify the owner and Choice Cottages from any liability resulting from pool use.

Flat 17 Clifton Court was very nice indeed and matched the description on the website. The cleanliness of the holiday cottage was impeccable, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The condition of the cottage was good, and it provided all we needed for a comfortable, home-from-home experience. Holiday Cottage Name: 17 Clifton Court Review: Our booking experience with Choice Cottages was excellent. The team was extremely friendly and efficient, and their website was easy to navigate and informative. The holiday cottage matched the description perfectly and was very clean with excellent facilities. The bed was very comfortable, and the fridge and freezer provided ample space. The views from the front were stunning. The Property Manager was quick and efficient, providing above and beyond service.

Fantastic being so close to the beach and the balcony provided an amazing spot to relax and watch the sea. On arrival it was clean and tidy. Greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome card. Lovely soft fluffy towels and a full size fridge/freezer that were an added bonus. On-site parking with a short walk from the apartment to the beach.However the walk back is not for the faint hearted as it’s up a steep hill. The use of the indoor pool from 07:00-23:00 was perfect for my daughter on rainy days. The double bed is so soft and I had the best nights sleep. Unfortunately this can not be said for the sofa bed. Luckily my 4 year old daughter was small enough to sleep diagonally on it. An adult lying horizontally would have a terrible nights sleep (as experienced by my partner) as there is a metal bar that runs diagonally through it. 40min walk to the local pubs or 7 mins in the car. I would highly recommend this for a 2 bed apartment. The views from the apartment are breathtakingly beautiful. A very enjoyable stay and memories that will last forever made. Thank-you for letting us stay! listing that there is a full size fridge/ freezer. This is such a added bonus when staying someone. I did a good delivery and would of ordered more freezer items had I known. Real bonus in my eyes

We had a great stay in apartment 17. The cleanliness and the space in the apartment was great. The views over putsborough sands were amazing! We liked the additional touches too like board games and books although we didn't get a chance to play or read any! We appreciated the folder with places to eat, too. We had an amazing week here. The apartment was lovely, clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! Very well equipped too, thank you we had a wonderful stay. Apartment is a short steep walk to beach- perfect! Walks around we’re stunning too! We walked to Baggy Point, Croyde and Woolacombe with toddler on our back in carrier! Had a very relaxing few days here - on sunny days surfing or going for a hike or run, and when the weather came in reading a book in front of the amazing views. Very secluded spot, although if you want to can wander up the beach to woolacombe from here (30 mins). The pool was also great - very clean and seldom used whilst we were here. Fridge is a teensy bit noisy so if you are going to sleep anyone in the lounge area might want to have some earplugs if you are sensitive (I was fine to be honest). Would recommend and will probably be back myself

We had a lovely short break here, The location meant we could switch off and relax. Wonderful view of the sea and coastline. We enjoyed the swimming pool and easy access to a fantastic beach (albeit down a very steep hill). Great communication with the host prior to travelling. Easy check-in and access. Shops etc are a car journey away however the beach cafe is great for lunch if you don't fancy venturing out. The apartments are accessed via narrow lanes however there are lots of passing points!

" Perfect family break.....secret bay" The location is remote but amazing. The views from the apartment are break taking. The apartment has everything you need and want for a short/ weeks stay. The indoor pool was a big hit and as well as the hot chocolate at the beach shack. We’ll visit again!

“This is a fantastic property in a beautiful location.” Reviewed on Trip Advisor August 23rd, 2015 This was our second stay in this apartment and it was just as good as the first. The property is clean and modern and beautifully furnished. It is comfortable and has everything you could wish for. The views are fabulous - even on a bad day! The beautiful beach is just a 2 minute walk away and there are walks along the coastal paths to Croyde and to Woolacombe. Clifton Court is immaculate and the pool is fabulous and a lovely extra facility.
