It provides the perfect space to return to after beach walks and days spent exploring the surrounding coastline.

Lounge and Dining Room
The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area has been designed for relaxed luxury and sociable evenings together. Comfortable seating for six makes it easy to unwind with a film on the Smart TV or enjoy cosy evenings beside the contemporary coal-effect gas fire.
A DVD player and selection of DVDs are also provided for relaxed movie nights. The elegant dining area is ideal for leisurely meals, family gatherings, board games or planning the next day’s adventures.

Kitchen and Breakfast Room
The designer kitchen and breakfast room is the heart of the home, featuring a striking high apex ceiling with exposed beams and French doors opening directly onto the landscaped garden.
Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Smart TV. The breakfast area is flooded with natural light, creating a wonderful space to start the day.
Please note the wood burner in the kitchen is for owner use only and is not available for guest use.

Master Bedroom Suite
The luxurious master suite offers a peaceful boutique-style retreat with a king-size bed and Smart TV, perfect for slow mornings and restful evenings after exploring the coast.

The enclosed landscaped garden creates a tranquil outdoor sanctuary, complete with an ornamental pond featuring decorative fish, a spacious decked entertaining area, outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ for relaxed summer evenings.
Please note there is no fencing around the pond and children must be supervised at all times. At the front of the property, a sunny patio with seating and a foot bath offers the perfect place to relax after sandy beach walks.
The entrance gate can also be locked from the inside to create a secure enclosed garden area.

Lovely new bathrooms in the property, and a lovely garden to enjoy , weather permitting. The location is perfect for Instow beach.
