You can walk to many attractions from this holiday home - visit the Tunnels Beaches, hand carved in the 1820s and steeped in Victorian history. Take a walk along the coastal footpaths and admire the rugged scenery. Be sure to visit the impressive bronze ‘Verity’ sculpture, which stands 20 metres tall, created by the world famous artist Damien Hirst. Eat at a Michelin starred restaurant, The Olive Room. Enjoy a visit to the theatre or one of the many galleries. There is so much to do in Ilfracombe, or take time to travel just a few miles further afield to one of the stunning surf beaches at Croyde, Saunton or Woolacombe.

LIVING AREAS
Upon entering, you find yourself in a foyer with a door leading out onto the deck, where a picnic bench and lovely sea views await. A hallway from the foyer leads to the lounge and dining area. The space is adorned with two 2-seater sofas, an electric fireplace, and large windows offering wonderful sea views. Entertainment is provided with a TV and DVD player, and there's a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people, creating a pleasant atmosphere for meals with a view.
KITCHEN
Appliances include a double oven, gas hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, undercounter fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all essential kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
Supplied is ?a Nespresso machine plus a cafetiere
(For our coffee-loving guests!).
We do provide some capsules and tea/coffee complementary.

Please note: There are 34 steps to the front door.
Parking:
There is ample free parking in the vicinity, (around the Church and in Runnacleave Road)
In addition, the single yellow lines right outside can be parked Olin between 18:00 and 10:00.
If guests want long term parking then The Ropery Carpark near the harbour is the one to use.
Important Notice for Future Guests:
- The car park will be temporarily closed for resurfacing.
- Ample free parking is available nearby, especially around the Church and on Runnacleave Road.
- If you use a paid car park, the owner will refund your costs up to £10 per day, except for the Theatre Car Park due to its high expense.
- You may also park on the single yellow lines outside the property between 18:00 and 10:00.
- For long-term parking, we recommend The Ropery Car Park near the harbour.
We apologise for any inconvenience and aim to ensure your stay is enjoyable. We have informed all future guests about the car park closure to avoid any surprises.
