Paul & Nicola were very helpful and friendly and always on hand if we had any questions. They gave us local recommendations for walks, food, drinks etc. Despite the weather (during storm Ciaran) we still had a lovely few days away. The apartment is perfectly located right opposite the beach and some fabulous coastal walks. They have been working on the apartments for last few years and advised they are looking to renovate further which will be great. Could not fault the location and the hosts. Will be back Many thanks Sarah & Ally

Beautifully furnished flat in the heart of Ilfracombe with an amazing view out over Wildersmouth Beach. Hosts were great and very communicative. There are two free parking spots right outside the flat which made it super easy for us to all get there. There's also free WiFi and a smart TV with Sky included. We'd absolutely consider coming back as the flat was a great starting point for all the attractions nearby, plus easy access to Woolacombe for a beach day.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, with stunning views of Ilfracombe from our balcony. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The car parking was excellent, and much easier than the instructions made it sound. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the chocolates, sweets and milk that were left in our apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ilfracombe.

We loved our long weekend in Ilfracombe. Even though the weather was a bit blustery because of the time of year the views and surroundings were beautiful. The apartment was great with enough space for a family of 5, or 6 depending on ages and even our little dog felt at home. Great views from the lungs and bedrooms and felt like a home away from home. Lots of places to visit and to eat and drink on the doorstep and a great base to adventure further afield with Woolacombe and other sites a few minutes drive away. Really tempted to come back in the summer months to chill out again.
