The lounge area offers a welcoming retreat at Ilfracombe Eden, with a large leather sofa and armchair inviting you to relax and unwind. Enjoy your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV, or indulge in some quiet reading time with the selection of books and games provided for your entertainment.

Great welcoming host. Met us as we pulled up and helped us get inside. Property is in a great location, on the front in Ilfracombe. The flat feels bigger inside than it looks in the photos and is really well equipped - everything we needed, plus milk, beers and wine :) To access the property enter via the drive outside The Imperial Hotel. It is a little narrow, but i have a pickup truck and managed to enter/exit fine, even in/out of the other entry point a few times. The allocated car park space was generously wide. Can’t fault a thing. Thanks very much for having us! We had a great stay. Thanks very much! We’ll definitely see you again! Good luck with the new puppy :)

Thanks for such a great stay! Paul (owner) was amazingly helpful with recommendations and local advice. The private parking made all the difference as we were travelling with small children. The apartment was very clean, full of all the things needed for a week's stay. The kitchen has cleaning products, washing up items and some basic cooking things (oil, salt, pepper etc). The provision of children's crockery was also very appreciated. The welcome treats went down very well with both the children and adults 😊 Highly recommend a stay here!

A nice property that was ideal for our family of 4 +small dog. Great location with a small beach just outside the property and a nice 10 min walk down to the harbour. Nice and quiet except for the seagulls (!!), the main bed was really comfy and all that we needed was available except a hair dryer. Paul met us on arrival which was a nice touch and talked us through the arrival process, which was easy anyway and was on hand to give advice or help if needed. The essentials provided (including beer and wine) were another nice touch and tided us over until we had chance to shop. All in all, we enjoyed our stay with no problems encountered. Andrew’s private feedback for you: “Many thanks for a lovely stay at your cottage. Paul greeted us on arrival which was a nice touch and talked us through the arrival process, which was straight forward. Another nice touch was the beer and wine in the fridge and other essentials to tide us over. Great location and nice property that was ideal for our needs. No suggestions for improvement really but a wardrobe or something similar in the 2nd bedroom would be an improvement for some families. Couldn't find the rope (escape) ladder as per instructions but we probably should have asked.”

We had a great stay at Gabriel House (Eden). The apartment is in a great location with much appreciated parking. It was very stylish and well equipped for our family of four and miniature poodle. Although there were no sea views, the garden view was very nice to look at. If you are coming in the summer months, I’d recommend packing a fan as the large windows let in a lot of sunlight and it gets quite warm. The beds were very comfortable and although the listing says that the main bedroom has a double bed, I’m thinking it’s a king size as my husband and I fit very comfortably in it. I would recommend using the shower in the hall bathroom because the shower in the en suite is very small but fine if you are petite. The hosts live in the main house next door and were super nice and helpful! If we come back to Ilfracombe, we would love to stay there again. We’d highly recommend it!

Location perfect for town and beach, the property was satisfactory for our needs. My only comment would be there are quite a few steps leading to the front door and then more stairs to the apartment. Thank you.

We stayed in Oriol (largest apartment) with sea views to front. All clean and tidy and everything worked. Master double bed with en-suite, and twin bunk room next door are down a short corridor with a heavy fire door, so no noise from living area at all. Third room is a twin en-suite, again down a short corridor with fire door. And lots of balconies too. Beds were all very comfortable. Dining area has extendable wooden table which can easily seat 6. Large, well equipped kitchen including: coffee machine, washer/drier, big fridge with large freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Private car park to front is large BUT it is through quite narrow entry at an odd angle with extreme camber so not easy if you have a large, low, heavy car. There is a large car park opposite where you can pay for a weeks car parking. Overall we were very comfortable and happy here with 2 adults and 2 16y/old boys. A short walk to everything in Ilfracombe and virtually on the Coastal Plath.
