A truly wonderful apartment with an A1 position in the heart of Ilfracombe. It was perfect for our small family of 3, but could easily fit more people comfortably. The hosts had thought of everything and we didn't need to want for anything all week. The main room is incredibly comfortable and having 2 bathrooms with two bedrooms made a huge difference. Given the north(ish) facing of the property, meant that even during really hot days, you would come home to a lovely cool apartment, with the added bonus of being able to watch beautiful sunsets in the evening from the outdoor decking. We would highly recommend and should we return to the area, will be booking here again.

Great property, very close to shops and restaurants. Was super clean and the views from the balcony were amazing. Great help from property manager with parking permits and directing us to the right place! One tip for the area is that the restaurants are mostly fully booked so plan in advance or enjoy fish and chips on the balcony, with a glass of wine!

You couldn’t ask for a better view or location in Ilfracombe. It was the perfect holiday rental over the festive period for two and a baby. “It was a great stay - thanks for making it so easy!”

The apartment is probably the best view in Ilfracombe. The house is quiet and very warm, and the location is dead center so we never needed the car to get around. “Thanks again for our stay. That view is superb.”

“The villa is on the ground floor of a 3-storey Victorian terrace. However once inside the flat, its a modern, elegant, contemporary space with an amazing view from the French windows, where we sat staring out each morning and at dusk, relaxing. The road the house is on is actually part of the South West Coastal pathway and as we came to walk, this was ideal. Our walks were wonderful, the scenery spectacular and I would highly recommend this as a base.”

⭐⭐⭐⭐ILFRACOMBE CHEYNE BEACH VILLA | 2 Bedrooms | Unrivalled Sea Views Reservation ID #111781132 Fabulous views! The property was very clean and well equipped & was a fantastic base to explore Ilfracombe and the surrounding area. Very few downsides, although a more sturdy table & sofa would be helpful and the collection of wheelie bins outside the front door was a bit of an eye sore. Property agent was very helpful sorting out a parking permit. Many thanks Date of arrival - 29 August 2020

“The property must have one of the best views in Ilfracombe - the view from the patio is just sea. Yet the location is also perfect for everything in town. Several pubs, restaurants and attractions within five minutes walk. The place looks newly decorated with all modern fittings and everything in excellent condition. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has all the utensils we needed. Checkin was straightforward. Although parking is limited on the road in front of the house (parking for one hour only between 10am and 6pm), we only needed to park our car overnight and only had to use the public car park once in our four night stay in May half term holiday. Every other night we found a space along the road in sight of the house. Highly recommended if you want the best located place in Ilfracombe.”

Review #23071893 “ILFRACOMBE CHEYNE BEACH VILLA | 2 Bedrooms | Unrivalled Sea Views” What a fabulous place! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay at Cheyne Beach villas. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Jason the property manager was very helpful and organised a parking permit for us which was ready on arrival. We used it to park in barnstable which was handy and the nearest carpark was about a 3min walk from the apartment so no bother there. Whilst in ilfracombe we went on a sea safari (recommend) and sea kayaking in combe martin (also recommend). All in all a fantastic 4 days thankyou! Date of arrival 28 July 2018
