Lovely inside with all you needed for a relaxing stay.
Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds.
The driveway was a struggle for one of our cars as it is large but doable.

Perfect location to explore, have to drive 5-10 min to the beach. Property has everything you need - the hot tub is great, although you have to pay extra to use it & towels.
Master bedroom is lovely, note that 2 of the rooms have bunk beds and the other master is 2 singles pushed together

“Great location in the centre of Croyde Bay. 2 mins walk to shops/cafes and 20 mins walk to beach. Quirky layout, but worked fine for our group.
All amenities we needed were provided including what looked like a new charcoal bbq. Garden and hot tub were an amazing space to relax in after a day out at the beach.
Would stay here again.”

Absolutely lovely cottage complete with surprise of scones and Prosecco to settle in - yum!
Hot tub was great with a lovely view. Highlight of the holiday was the beach at sunset with a bottle of wine. So beautiful!

Lovely relaxing break. Lots of walking! Enjoyed Putsborough Beach - great cafe and excellent facilities.

Fantastic Home in a lovely location. Myself and my family stayed for 3 nights ti celebrate a 60th Birthday and enjoyed every moment, the lovely touches of Scones and prosecco went down a treat along with relaxing in the hot tub
Plenty of lovely eateries within walking distance and the beach a short stroll away. We will certainly be returning!

Me and my friends had a lovely weekend here, there is an extra charge for use of the hot tub but we would definitely recommend it as it really added to the experience.
Checking in and out was easy and everything you need and more is provided. Myself and my friends had an amazing weekend in Croyde.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the cottage, and particularly loved the hot tub and the scones and prosecco were a lovely touch!

Amazing place, stunning location
I had an amazing stay. The house was warm, clean and had everything I needed for a great stay. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub & underfloor heating downstairs. I had great wifi throughout the house, even in the garden! I’m looking forward to my next trip!

A fabulous place to stay for a break in Devon. The house is very well equipped and in a perfect location for a walk into Croyde town, beach and the coastal path. We felt very much at home and would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location! Croyde is beautiful, with lots of lovely pubs, walks and useful village amenities. The cottage is very well equipped, with lots of lovely touches such as underfloor heating. We had a great time for our New Year's stay.

“Cream tea was most welcome on arrival along with bottle of wine. House was just what was needed. Only shortfall would be lack of an outdoor shower, but that’s only being picky I guess. Many thanks for your quick responses and help. See you again!”

I'd highly recommend this as it was a beautiful place...both location and the pad! More central than I realised, perfect for those wanting to walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. The garden is a fantastic outside space and hot tub an amazing little relaxing, great at the end of a days surfing! The place would be fantastic for friends and a family...great selection of rooms to suit all and it was clean, beautifully (and modernly) decorated. I'm coming back and already passed on details to two people who will be booking... Thanks for a great stay.
Fabulous place, more central than I'd realised and while I like to be walking distance to beach for surfing, it was only a couple of minutes in car and as a national trust member it was free parking up at Baggy Point 👍🏻 The place was wonderful and hot tub/garden space was fantastic! I've recommended to two people already and planning on booking again with the same group next year! Loved it...it exceeded expectations!!! The prossecco on arrival was a lovely touch x

“We didn't want to leave! What a fabulous place to stay. The house was very spacious and perfect for our family getaway. Great location, the pub was only a few meters away and it didn't take long to walk down to the beach. The house had everything you could ever need. The large communal areas and kitchen were great for our large family. The hot tub was brilliant at night under the stars and during the day we had a beautiful view of fields. The hosts were really quick at getting back to any questions we had for them. The whole family was sad to leave but we are already looking at coming back later in the year! ”

We stayed at Wisteria cottage over the early May bank holiday. As a group of friends who wanted to chill, surf & enjoy the countryside it was a great place to stay. Was great to BBQ (make sure to bring coals) and sit outdoors. Hot tub was wicked to relax after surfing.

We had high hopes for our bi-annual surf trip to Croyde this time as we had decided to up grade from a lodge at Ruda to proper holiday home - and were certainly not disappointed with our choice of Wisteria Cottage.
The cottage is beautiful!! Well appointed and equipped with everything that we need to make large group meals. Within a stones throw of the village and the Manor pub is practically your next door neighbor. The access to the cottage is up an extremely tight lane but once you've driven in and out a few times you get used to it.
But the total highlight of the place is the garden and hot tub. Made for perfect post surf sundowners in the hot tub.
Can't recommend the place highly enough!

We were very impressed with Wisteria Cottage. We loved the fact that we were staying in a beautiful old cottage but with very modern comfortable amenities. The hot tub especially was a great hit with all the family. It was a unanimous decision that we must stay there again in the future!

“Star gazing from the Jacuzzi and all other mod cons”
Had a great Easter Break with hot Devon sunshine. Kitchen is very modern (instructions provided) and extensive and bedrooms very comfortable. Jacuzzi was great and spent a lovely soak watching the stars (minimal light polution as you'd expect - mist from the tub!). All bathrooms upstairs if limited mobility?
Limited but very convenient local shopping but Sainsburys deliver! All shops/pubs 2 minutes down the road. 10min walk to the gorgeous beach although closer car parks if you've little kids. Great coastal walks/runs.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, the pictures did not do it justice. I chose the cottage because of the pictures but honestly, we could not have been happier! The only thing we couldn't work was the oven as it is so high tech, but that was a minor issue. We would all love to go back already if we did not live so far away or money being an issue.
