4 bedrooms sleep 9 people and, situated in the heart of Croyde Village, you’ll be just a short walk to the shops, pubs and fantastic beach.

The property is accessed via a large glassed entrance. Access to the left is the kitchen, dining and 3 bedrooms. To the right you will find the living room, master bedroom and garden access.
Relax and make yourself at home in this unique holiday home. The sitting room has 3 comfortable sofas seating 9 people .
Enjoy use of a wall-mounted 40" smart TV (with full Sky Q-Box multi-room package) with Blu-ray player (see hidden panel below TV) with a substantial selection of DVD's, and CD's and 5.1 surround sound and inclusive WiFi internet access.
Underfoot, enjoy luxurious underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and the added luxury of iPhone/Bluetooth linked speakers in the dining room and kitchen. For cooler evenings, a basket of throws and rugs is supplied.
Children will be entertained by the large toy box underneath the staircase. A stair-gate is provided. The room has a relaxed beachside feel, with large coffee table and freestanding lamps.
Cooking will be a pleasure in this ultra-modern kitchen. Appliances include a triple oven, induction hob and integrated dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, cafetiere, bread maker, blender, rechargeable torch, and a selection of quality pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, including a large selection for children. There is a washing machine in the hidden panel in the lounge.
The kitchen joins onto a spacious dining room seating 10 people, perfect for family lunches or dinner parties. A high chair is provided. The dining room also has a wall mounted 32" smart TV.
There is an additional reading corner in the dining room with bookshelf and large selection of books.
The property is fitted with the Evo Home Heating system, so you can now control the individual heating of each room.
All bedrooms are upstairs
Bedroom 1(above living room): Master bedroom, a lovely open-plan styled bedroom (ground floor level access from parking and garden, one level up from lounge and kitchen) with king-size bed and large en-suite wet room.
Ceiling mounted flatscreen TV. This room h as a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with reading lam p s and full-length , freestanding mirror.
A hairdryer is included for your convenience and a Bluetooth sound system enables streaming of music to the outdoor areas.
Bi-fold doors (with blackout roller blinds) open out onto a large decked terrace and the rest of the garden, with views over the hills beyond.
The remaining bedrooms with staircase access from the dining room ( all upstairs windows can be locked if required ) :
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king-size bed (can be two single beds upon request) with bedside cabinets, lights and up-lighters.Storage is catered for with boutique chest of drawers and clothing rail with hangers.
This is a large, double aspect room, making it have a light and airy feel. A hairdryer and Bluetooth sound system are provided for your convenience.
Bedroom 3: Triple bunk bedroom (double bed below, single bed on top), reading lights, with chest of drawers and a picture window.
The room also includes a wall mounted flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4: Bunk bedroom (adult-sized) with antique dresser, shelving and picture window.
Bathroom 1: Superb, very large en-suite wet room to the master bedroom with double sinks with glass-fronted cabinet, drench head shower as well as hand-held shower unit, heated towel rail and WC.
Bathroom 2: Modern shower room with large shower enclosure, vanity basin with large mirror, heated towel rail and WC. This bathroom is found on the landing between bedrooms 3 and 4.
On the decked terrace there is a large wooden table with benches seating 10 people, with additional sun-loungers to soak up the sunshine. This is the ideal BBQ spot! A charcoal BBQ is provided.
A sunny enclosed lawn is perfect for kicking a ball around, with wonderful views of the countryside beyond with an aspect not overlooked by any other property, unusual for a central Croyde location.
An additional large decked area houses the 6-seater hut tub, bluetooth sound and LED mood lighting - perfect for long, lazy days at home.
The garden shed houses a good selection of bodyboards, beach toys, 2 deck chairs, windbreaks and a small selection of wetsuits.
Parking is available for 3 vehicles to the rear (narrow access between cottages). There is further unrestricted parking up the road for wider vehicles.
The addition of an EV charger will welcome all eco-friendly visitors.There is gated access from the garden to the parking area. Enjoy many sociable evenings in this private outside space
