Lovely place, there was 7 of us and we had so much space, especially with all rooms being en-suite. The house was well laid out, and had everything we needed. 2 min walk to village centre, 15 mins to beach. So quiet and peaceful, ample parking and secure garden for dogs. Will definitely be coming back!

Had an awesome stay, didn’t want for anything more.
Was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of books and board games!
Bedrooms each with their own en-suite was perfect and very clean.
Loved the log burner.
Hot tub was magical (could do with somewhere to hang towels outside).
Quick walk to the beach, very quiet road.
Had the best stay and would 100% recommend!

We had an outstanding experience booking our holiday with Choice Cottages. The team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and dealt with our enquiry efficiently. The website was easy to navigate and full of helpful information.
The cottage itself was exactly as described — clean, in good condition, and offering very good facilities. We particularly appreciated that Surfsup is dog-friendly without too many restrictions, and the stair gates both upstairs and downstairs were perfect for keeping our toddler safe and our dog comfortably downstairs.
Overall, a very nice stay and excellent value for money. We’d definitely use Choice Cottages again and look forward to returning!

Great stay for our party of 9, for an oldies stag weekend. All of us aged 55 plus.
The house was great for our need, twin beds with en suites, plenty of communal space to socialise.
Great pub close by, the House was on a very peaceful close.
Although I did not meet you as I arrived later on Friday night, I would like to thank you for your help and organisation.
The house was great for our group and they all said how much they had enjoyed their stay.
I think you spoke to Declan who said they you were very helpful.

Beautiful place to stay. Good correspondence and information from Choice Cottages. Very good accommodation.
Our stay at Surfsup was amazing. It was a beautiful place with great facilities in a perfect location.
Close to Croyde beach and many lovely restaurants. We all loved our stay there.
We were a large group but Surfsup had everything we wished for. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Superb place, walk to the beach and a stone throw from the local shops and restaurants.
Went for a long weekend and there was a problem with the key but the host was able to sort this on the day during the weekend I was extremely impressed and didn’t affect the plans we had.
Fantastic weekend and would come back here every time!

Brilliant weekend away with the family 6 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs had plenty of room and having 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms is great.
The day before checking in they let me know I could arrive midday instead of 4pm which great they allow you to do that.
Perfect trip away will be returning

A lovely house to stay in whilst exploring the gorgeous north coast of Devon.
Very comfortable fully equipped with all you could possibly want.
A beautiful place to stay in a very peaceful cul-de-sac.

We were lucky to meet the hosts who were friendly, welcoming and readily available with useful information about the premise and area.
We had a party of 8 adults and toddler. We had ample space.
Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were and a fantastic location.
The hot tub was also excellent. We would recommend and would love to stay again

The house had everything we needed and more, and was brilliantly located.
When we managed to lock ourselves out, Paul got us sorted immediately!
It was like a home from home and I would highly recommend a stay there.

This was the perfect holiday home for our extended family of 8- and the 5 en-suite bathrooms were a real bonus.
The living spaces are nicely furnished and spacious, and everyone made good use of the hot tub.
The house is within easy walking distance of the main village with some nice restaurants close by.
The beach is a bit further and we noted that dogs weren’t allowed in the summer months.
We were glad we ordered a tesco delivery on arrival as the village shop was a bit lacking- so a drive would be needed to get supplies.
Overall a really great holiday- thank you

Great cottage and perfect location for Croyde - really well equipped for a big family, and we enjoyed the hot tub round the back! All bedrooms are a great size with their own en suite.
We really recommend the Thatch pub down the road and plenty of walks right on the doorstep. T
he only thing I would say for anyone travelling with a toddler is to bring your own bath as there isn't one in the property.
We loved our stay and would love to return in the future - thank you for having us!

“Lovely, comfortable and practical house which is light and had super outdoor space for hot tub, Bbq, dining and lounging.
Quiet location in Croyde, 10 m from beach. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Loved the log burner and large entertaining space.

We stayed recently at Surfs Up with family it accommodated seven of us very comfortably very warm house lots of hot water plenty of chairs inside and out my mother in law uses a walker and got around very well has it was open plan hot tub was used nightly by the more adventurous of the family

There was nothing else we could ask for. It was superb. The only thing in your advert that I missed was the sight of the hills !
The fact that you even left what was needed for the wood burner was great. We had to use it during a power cut ! My smaller grandson has become addicted to lighting fires and wants a fire bowl like yours !
The hot tub was so well maintained despite a lot of small children's sand . Thank you

“Perfect Croyde base”

What a great place to stay!
A really spacious house that accommodated our group of eight adults comfortably without any overcrowding. Great bedrooms, most with en-suite meant that there was never congestion getting ready in the morning.
The kitchen was really well set out with a good selection of utensils to ensure that home cooking was very much an easy option. This coupled with a great BBQ area meant we were able to knock up meals easily.
The best part was the hot tub, which was hugely popular with everyone.
Can't recommend Surfsup highly enough for a comfortable and well placed holiday in Croyde. Will definitely return.

“give this a try”
We had the most wonderful time in Surfsup over Easter. The whole layout of the house really worked well for the three generations on holiday. the location to the beach and the village of Croyde was really good. We had a problem with one of the showers, but this was rectified within a day. Give the restaurants a try, we went to the Thatch, nice, a bit pricey but that was because of the location. All of us really enjoyed the jacuzzi especially after a nice day out. Would definately consider going back.

The cottage suited our needs well, particularly the bedroom configuration. Good position of cottage and we valued walking to the beach. Croyde is lovely, and with better weather it would have been outstanding.

Perfect for break with 3 generations. Plenty of room to spread out. A great way to wind down at the end of a busy day is to sit in the hot tub.

Weather was pretty poor so spent the week relaxing in the excellent house and warming up in the hot tub. Have been to Croyde many times and this is probably the best house we've stayed in.

The location was perfect for the Thatch pub and walking to the beach and hills at the back. The house was ideal for 2 large families, lots of bathrooms, huge open plan lounge/diner and the hot outdoor shower and hot tub were great fun! Amazed to see such a high spec from a holiday home.
