Located in Lane Head Close, this stunning dog friendly holiday home is just a stone’s throw from Croyde Bay Beach, and a 5 minute walk to the local shops and fantastic pubs. There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. Off street parking is available for 3 cars. There is a large front garden with raised deck and a large private rear garden with raised deck, ideal for BBQ’s and soaking up the sun. Putsborough, Saunton and Woolacombe Beaches are all a short car ride away. This pet friendly holiday bungalow is bright and airy, perfect for family holidays.
LIVING AREAS:
All accommodation is on one level. The large living room contains 2 comfortable sofas. A coal effect fire will be great on cooler evenings. Entertainment is provided by the flat screen smart TV with full BT package including all sports,movies and Netflix, DVD player, book and board game selection and children”s toy box.
For your convenience, Wifi is inclusive.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is modern with light wood cupboards and a laminate wood floor. Appliances include a tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, ceramic hob, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and a cafetière as well as a good supply of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
French doors to the garden. The other side of the room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table seating 6 people with a TV & a DVD player. This creates a very sociable, open plan kitchen and a 2nd lounge/dining space with a large sliding picture window to the garden. A high chair is provided if required.
BEDROOMS:
BEDROOM 1: Double bed. A large built in wardrobe, tallboy dresser with mirror and 2 bedside tables provide plenty of storage space. The large window (with blind) and curtains make this room bright & airy. There is an en-suite bathroom.
BEDROOM 2: Twin beds. A large built in wardrobe and bedside table.
BEDROOM 3: 2 full size bunk beds. A large chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is also a Freeview TV with USB point, perfect for entertaining the kids.
All bedrooms have large windows letting in plenty of light and lovely views. Bed linen in all bedrooms is provided.
BATHROOMS:
Family Bathroom: The family bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead, WC and hand basin.
En-suite: The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising shower, WC and hand basin.
All Bath, hand and tea towels are included.
OUTDOORS:
Front Garden: At the front of the property is a lawn and a large raised deck area where you can see the ocean over the rooftops of Croyde and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Relax at the large table with 6 chairs for evening meal or drinks.
Rear Garden: To the rear of the property is a large, well kept enclosed secure and private garden with lawn and garden bench, a large rear deck area, dining table and 6 chairs. This is a great area to kick a ball around in the sun or let your dog run around or to soak up the sun on one of the various loungers provided.
There is a brick permanent BBQ, washing line for drying clothes and a shed with various body boards and other beach gear.
There is off road parking for 3 cars.
