Sliding doors lead to sunny terraces and a large enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor dining and unwinding after days spent enjoying Croyde’s beautiful beach. An optional Lazy Spa hot tub is available to hire, and the property also offers off-street parking with an EV charger

LIVING AREAS

The property features three comfortable and thoughtfully designed living spaces, offering plenty of room to relax, socialise, or enjoy some quiet time.
The main living room includes two large sofas, a reading chair, footstools, and a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting space. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, while a bookcase stocked with a variety of books adds a homely touch.
The second living room provides another relaxing area with a large sofa, single chairs, and a comfy ottoman. A wall-mounted Smart TV with streaming services makes it the perfect spot for movie nights.
The third living area doubles as an entertainment room and workspace. It features a sofa, Smart TV, and a drop-down desk, along with a selection of children's books and activities.

KITCHEN & DINING

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space forms the heart of the home, creating a bright and sociable area where everyone can gather together.
The fully equipped kitchen is centred around a large island with an integrated induction hob and plenty of preparation space. It includes an oven with integrated induction hob, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Quooker boiling water system, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking at home. Generous white cabinetry provides ample storage, while a large window above the sink allows natural light to flood the space and offers pleasant views outside. Open wooden shelving adds character and keeps everyday items within easy reach.

Just off the kitchen, the utility room provides additional storage and convenient access to the garden, making it ideal for beach days, muddy boots, or extra supplies.

The kitchen flows naturally into the dining area, where a large table provides plenty of space for family meals, long breakfasts, or evening games. Sliding doors open directly onto the rear garden, creating an easy connection between inside and outside and making indoor-outdoor dining simple during warmer months.

BEDROOMS

Ground Floor
Bedroom 1 is a spacious king-size room (can be made up as 2 x single beds - please specify when booking) with a chest of drawers, a reading lamp, and views of the garden.
Bedroom 2 is a bunk room with a double bed on the lower bunk and a single bed above, along with a chest of drawers and direct access to the garden.

First Floor
The Master Bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lights, and a desk, with views over Croyde village towards the sea. It also includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds, blackout blinds, a comfortable sofa, a chest of drawers, and a bookcase.
Bedroom 5 features an adult-sized bunk bed, reading lamps, a wardrobe, and views over the rear garden.

BATHROOMS

Ground Floor
The family bathroom on the ground floor includes a bath with a shower over, a WC, a hand basin, and a heated towel rail.

First Floor
Upstairs, there is a second family bathroom with a hand-held shower, WC, basin, and illuminated mirror.
The Master Bedroom en-suite includes a large shower, WC, and hand basin



OUTDOOR SPACES

The property enjoys several inviting outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and socialising. Just outside the main living area, large sliding doors open onto a sunny terrace, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor connection. This space is perfect for morning coffee or a quiet moment in the sun, while the nearby balcony with comfortable sofas provides a lovely spot for evening drinks as the sun sets. The large enclosed rear garden provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
