CROYDE BEACH HAVEN, located in the centre of Croyde, is a large, classic pet friendly property offering contemporary, exceptional holiday accommodation. Positioned in the heart of the village surrounded by the pubs, restaurants and shops and just a short walk from Croyde beach, BEACH HAVEN offers a unique blend of old and new, sleeping up to 10 guests, the home is the perfect place for parties, large families or smaller groups to get together and enjoy your stay in North Devon. This beautiful holiday home with hot tub (charges apply) and large, private garden, enjoys some of the finest sea views of the coast and countryside, with an open vista towards the sand dunes and out across Croyde Bay towards Lundy (Puffin) Island. An ideal property for large groups or several families, the accommodation is bright and spacious, very attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard with some charming features, reclaimed wood and slate floors.

LIVING AREAS:

The inviting entrance hall leads to the ground floor shower room with large shower enclosure, basin and WC to the left, ground floor bedroom to the right and then leading to the principle sitting room.
This is a great room for relaxing and furnished with three four-seater leather settees, large wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, FreeView. Excellent Wi-Fi. From the lounge, experience lovely open views of the ocean-facing decking and enclosed garden.
Patio doors from the kitchen open into the second, conservatory, seating area. A fantastic area for those wanting the feel of the outdoors indoors, the conservatory has further sofa seating, an additional Smart TV as well as coffee table doubling up as a treasure trove filled with many toys for the younger generation.

KITCHEN:

The lounge opens up into the kitchen and dining area with oak-fitted units, slate tiled floor, double oven and touch control ceramic hob and extractor fan, microwave, large fridge with matching freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped for all catering needs and also has a fold-away ironing board with iron. The double dining table, which expands to accommodate large parties, is ideal for entertaining.

BEDROOMS:

There are 4 upstairs bedrooms and 1 bedroom on the ground floor:

Bedroom 1 has stunning sea views from a balcony. It is a large, carpeted bedroom with the option of a super-king bed which can convert to separate twin beds, crisp linen and sea views. There is an en-suit shower room.
This room is large enough to accommodate a cot or fold-out bed. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV is provided.
Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom again the option of a super-king bed which can convert to separate twin beds and sea views. Wardrobes and chest of drawer.
Bedroom 3 is a large bedroom again the option of a super-king bed which can convert to separate twin beds and country views. Wardrobes and chest of drawer.
Bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds, wardrobe and country views.
Bedroom 5 on the ground floor level is an extremely comfortable room with a king-size bed and feature fireplace. A reading corner with two chairs provides a quiet area.

BATHROOMS:

The inviting entrance hall leads to the ground floor shower room with electric power-shower, basin and WC
The upstairs family bathroom is traditionally styled with a roll top bath, pedestal basin, WC, pine floors, dado panelling and sea views.
An additional upstairs shower room has a large shower enclosure, basin, WC & chrome heated towel rail.

OUTDOORS:

From the conservatory, double doors to the left lead to the raised deck area with hot tub as well as hot outdoor shower for rinsing the beach sand off after a great day at the beach and dedicated board waxing/storage area.
Buckets, spades, children's ride-on, body board and 2 surf boards are provided for your use.
Through the left side of the conservatory, another set of double doors take you on to the raised deck area with built-in BBQ as well as the enclosed lawned garden. A fabulous spot for alfresco eating or just relaxing in privacy and sunshine.
There are outdoor tables, chairs, sun loungers and courtesy surf and body boards. The garden overlooks farmland and towards the sea beyond.

We stayed with family, including children and had a wonderful time, the kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Beautiful property, lots of space, well equipped inside and out. Parking for 2/3 cars across the road. The en-suite room with balcony has views of the sea and the hot tub is a great add-on

#our family of 10 had enough space inside and outside of the property. hot tub was clean x we loved it. nice a maintenance man came and checked it mid week we walked to the beach and around all week and didnt use our cars. had to find a parking place for our 3rd car but eventually found one up a country lane. good to have space for the dogs who were happy too. all in all a great holiday.

Beach haven was exactly what we needed, a great base right in the centre of croyde. Beautiful garden with views and hot tub, great facilities. Body boards available to borrow at the property which were well used on the stunning beach! Wetsuit hire just down the road. We had a lovely weekend here.
