LIVING AREAS:
Centered around the stairway, the downstairs living area is the hub of the home. You will be greeted by beautifully furnished, well equipped, open plan living space which includes a couch and coffee table with flatscreen TV. Doors open on to the outdoor deck area. The kitchen hosts a spacious and modern drinks server, complete with wine fridge, coffee machine and drinks prep area. The dining area comfortably seats 8 adults around a spacious wooden table, next to an electric fireplace. Adjacent there is an exercise zone, with an exercise bike, space for yoga/Pilates and mini trampoline.
Separate snooker room, with snooker table and additional flatscreen TV.
Hot Tub is situated in a Hot Tub room with a flatscreen TV. Upstairs hosts an additional open plan lounge area, complete with leather sofas, flatscreen TV and ocean views! As well as an additional TV/games room with a well-stocked DVD collection and Wii gaming console.

KITCHEN:
Open plan kitchen with spacious island prep area, complete with double oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster and blender. The little ones are also catered for, with high chair and children’s cutlery and crockery.
