Heddon Mill
Heddon Mill is a historic water mill located near Braunton, a village in North Devon, England. It was originally built in the 16th century to grind wheat and other grains using water power from nearby streams. The mill was later converted to produce woollen cloth and became an important part of the local economy during the Industrial Revolution.

Mrs Josephine Mcqueen just left a new 5-star review We were really enjoying our stay at the Stable Yard Barn! We arrived on Saturday 10th September, we were allowed in early. This was very helpful as we had our dog Charlie with us. Unfortunately on the Tuesday 13th September we had a call from our neighbour, our house had been attempted to be broken into. Their attempt was thwarted by our neighbour. He is a Hero! We came home early and of course our experience was sadly stopped by these devils!

Perfect stay in an idyllic location, only a few minutes drive to numerous beaches. The owner and choice cottages were super easy to contact and nothing was to much trouble, a lovely friendly face when passing throughout the day. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay, it had such a comfy relaxing feel to the place. We arrived late at night and the keysafe was ideal and easy to use. Very comfy bed and great shower facilities, there was also an outdoor shower which was great when returning from the beach and cleaning sandy belongings. Would definitely recommend! “Great stay, really beautiful place in a great location close to nearby beaches and towns. Easy communication with the owner, nothing was too much to ask. Will definitely be returning, cannot recommend enough. We arrived late at night so the key safe use was perfect. The place had everything we needed, perfect for a relaxing stay!”
