As you enter the property, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway. The lounge features a sofa and two chairs, providing comfortable seating for up to 4 people in this light and airy living space. Enjoy a delightful open-plan dining area in front of the bay window, with seating for 4. The entertainment options include a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, Freeview channels, and WiFi internet access (available for an additional £15.00). Additionally, there's a collection of books, games, and a children's toy box to ensure a pleasant and engaging stay.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is tastefully designed with a black, grey, and white theme, offering plenty of surface, cupboard, and drawer space. It is well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, kettle, four-slice toaster, blender, cafetiere, and all the essential kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Large contemporary shower room with floor to ceiling tiled walls. Large corner shower enclosure with Myra Sports shower, white wash basin and WC, radiator, towel rail and a bathroom cabinet and storage seat. Bath towels are provided.
OUTDOORS
A pretty garden at the front of the house is ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and for letting your dog stretch its legs. Please note the garden is not enclosed. The garden is well kept with a lawn and lovely flower beds and shrubs for you to enjoy while sitting on the bench in the sunshine. There is parking space for 2 cars in the drive at the side of the house.NB - The friendly owners live in the adjacent property.
