Guest experience: "I know parking is a real pain! But I was staying Saturday to Saturday, so I went on north Devon council website and got a visitors parking permit. If you get the 4-7 day one, the 7 days cost me £20 and the long stay car park is just passed the fishing boats along the harbour. You don’t get a ticket as they recognise your number plate but you can park in loads of car parks (check on the council site) in Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Lyndon, Lynmouth, Croyde and south molton. Perfect for us! You can just park right outside the apartment block but just to unload! But as my car park ran permit out at midnight on Saturday morning, I moved my car to the car park behind Wetherspoons as it’s free from 6pm till 8am and I was leaving before then! This is literally 30yards away."

This is a really well equipped studio flat in a fantastic location in Ilfracombe. There are lovely sea views out of the windows, with all the attractions and amenities within easy walking distance. Our host Julia was fantastic - so helpful. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Great apartment very well equipped, excellent location close to harbour and high street shops, no parking but a car park very close where you can leave your car safely all week. “Great well equipped apartment, good job we were fit as the stairs were very steep 🙂”

Loved our stay here. Top floor of a small set of flatlets - no lift and plenty of stairs but well worth the effort as the view is lovely. Our property manager, Julia was lovely. The flat was clean and there was coffee/tea/sugar/milk and even a welcome bottle of wine for us. The location is good for Ilfracombe, right next to the Wetherspoons - no excessive noise (and we slept with the windows open every night for a week in the height of the season.) Ilfracombe was quiet enough for us - there were still quite a few places closed but we managed really well. Would recommend a stay here!

Had a fantastic short break in this studio apartment. It is in a great location, just a couple of minutes from the harbour and with a sea view. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the little extras such as Netflix on the tv and the bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Cannot recommend this apartment enough if you are looking for a comfortable base to explore north Devon from.

SEA ROCK SEVEN (Far reaching Sea Views) Review #55102072 Firstly our property manager (Julia) was brilliant! Told us everything we needed to know and was always on hand with any questions we had. We stayed in Sea Rock 7 which was up on the third floor and a lot of stairs to climb. This didn’t bother us at all as the room was absolutely perfect for us. Our first worry was There are no pictures you can see on these sites of the shower room and toilet, but I can assure you, it does have one inside the apartment. The best thing of all though is the view from the balcony area! I could sit there all day weather permitting. The apartments are located right next door to Wetherspoons which is handy, but don’t worry, you don’t hear any noise from inside your room at night. The shops on the front and the harbour are only one hundred yards away which is perfect for a stroll every day. You get free WiFi in your room which is not the quickest but works perfectly for browsing. The precautions introduced for this Covid pandemic are above and beyond. You have hand sanitisers when you go through the front door and another one when you walk into your apartment. You get ample surface wipes provided for you and lots of cleaning products. Julia even leaves you some bottled water, a bottle of wine, a small selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate which was lovely of her. There are 10-12 apartments in this building and all share the same staircase, we spent 7 nights here and only saw two different people even though they were all full. Lastly, I have been to Ilfracombe before and I know parking is a real pain! But as my car park ran permit out at midnight on Saturday morning, I moved my car to the car park behind Wetherspoons as it’s free from 6pm till 8am and I was leaving before then! This is literally 30yards away. Looking forward to coming back as I loved it so much. Date of arrival - 4 July 2020
