Landmark View is a spacious, modern mews-style property located over three floors, offering an ideal space for family or group holidays. The property is centrally located, providing breathtaking sea views and easy access to all of Ilfracombe’s key attractions. The bustling promenade, Capstone Hill, the picturesque harbour, beautiful beaches, and the stunning coastal path are just a short stroll away. Additionally, the town offers a vibrant restaurant scene and charming galleries. Tunnels Beach, a unique and popular wedding venue, is only 350 meters from the property. Excellent public transport links are nearby, and other breathtaking areas of North Devon, such as Exmoor National Park, Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton, are just a short drive away.
Living Areas
Ground Floor: The entrance hall is wide and welcoming, with plenty of space for hanging coats and storing shoes. A separate WC is conveniently located on this floor. The spacious TV and games room is also on the ground floor, offering a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and an Xbox for entertainment. A variety of games, books, and children’s toys are also available to keep guests entertained. The room can double as a second sleeping area, with a double futon sofa bed (to be used only when requested and not for additional occupancy).
First Floor: The open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area on the first floor offer a sociable and inviting space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (more details below), while the living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV with Apple TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats 6-8 people, making it an ideal spot for group meals. A small balcony off the living room offers limited sea views and provides a quiet spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail.
Garage: The property also includes a garage, which offers ample storage space for beach gear, surfboards, bikes, golf clubs, or other sports equipment. The garage, however, is not large enough to park a car.

Bedroom 2: A stylish double bedroom with contemporary décor. This room offers a cozy and restful environment.
Bedroom 3: A light-filled, modern bunk room, ideal for children or additional guests. The room is bright and airy, creating a fun space for younger guests.
For families with young children, a travel cot is available at the property. It fits in either the master bedroom or Bedroom 3 (guests are asked to provide their own linens). The bedrooms are all located on the top floor and are isolated from the stairs by a door, providing extra safety. Stairgates are available for added peace of mind, ensuring the living areas are safe for young children.
In addition to the regular bedrooms, the TV/games room offers a double futon sofa bed, which is available upon request and should not be used to increase occupancy.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: Features a bath with a rainfall shower overhead, a WC, and a washbasin. This bathroom is ideal for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities.
Bathroom 2: A separate WC and washbasin are available, adding convenience for guests sharing the property.
Outdoors
Balcony: A small but charming balcony with a bistro table for two. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful moment while overlooking some sea views.
Courtyard: The outdoor space is a shared, communal courtyard between neighboring properties. While it’s not private, it offers a pleasant area to enjoy the outdoors.
Parking: There is no parking available directly at the property. However, there is unrestricted on-street parking available on Market Street, and several public car parks are within a 5-minute walk. Jubilee Gardens, one of the closest parking areas, is conveniently located at the bottom of the road. For loading and unloading, there are spaces along the street to drop off luggage or assist less mobile visitors.
