This modern mews-style property is set over three floors with ample space for holidaying as a family or group of friends. Located centrally, with beautiful sea views and on the doorstep of all the wonderful attractions Ilfracombe has to offer. You are just minutes’ walk from the promenade, Capstone Hill, the harbour area, beaches, coast path, bustling restaurant life and galleries. Tunnels beach and wedding venue is only 350 meters walk from the property.
There is excellent public transport nearby and other areas of outstanding beauty on the North Devon coast including, Exmoor National Park, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are a short drive away.
On the ground floor, there is a wide entrance hall with space for hanging coats and shoes, a WC and a TV and games room including Xbox, and large sofa.
On the 1st floor, there is a sociable open-plan kitchen, contemporary living room and dining area. The small balcony offers limited sea views and a quiet space for a coffee or cocktail. The dining table seats 6-8 people. There is a flatscreen TV with Apple TV so you can use your favourite streaming services. Some books games and childrens toys are provided.
There is a garage that has ample storage space for all your beach gear, surfing equipment, golf clubs or bikes etc. (Unfortunately the garage is too small to park a car!).
Appliances include a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière, and Tassimo coffee machine as well as all essential kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also crockery for young children.
There is a spacious utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed and dressing table. There is also a Juliet balcony with fabulous sea views.

There is a travel cot at the property that would fit in the master bedroom or bedroom 3, guests are asked to supply their own linen. The bedrooms are isolated from the stairs with a door, and stairgates are available at the property to make the living area safe for little ones.
There is a double futon sofa bed in the ground-floor TV/Games room. This should only be used when requested and not to increase occupancy, this may be an alternative to the bunk beds or sharing a double.

Balcony with bistro table for 2 people and the outside courtyard is communal between properties.Parking is not available at the property, spaces in the courtyard are owned by other properties and the access tunnel is very tight. There is unrestricted on-street parking on Market Street or a number of car parks less than 5 minutes walk away, with Jubilee Gardens being conveniently located at the bottom of the road. There are places on the road to stop to unload luggage or drop off and pick up the less mobile visitors.
There is ample secure garage space for storage of roof boxes, bikes, golf clubs, and surfboards. There are no steps between the road and the house, although Market Street itself is a very steep road so not idea for the less mobile (as with most of Ilfracombe).
The property is Mews style so is completely self-contained with all of the sleeping space on the top floor, it was constructed to a high standard of energy efficiency, and has solar panels and underfloor heating throughout. It has had brand new carpet, sofa and kitchen appliances in 2022 ready for the summer season.
