SEAGRASS is ideally situated in a peaceful elevated position, just a brief stroll from the heart of Croyde village. This charming holiday home offers easy access to the village's lively pubs, restaurants, and surf shops, while the famous sandy beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for families and surf enthusiasts alike.
This single-level home features two bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. With an enclosed front garden, ample parking, and stunning sea views, SEAGRASS provides a serene retreat for your coastal getaway. Access to Croyde beach is convenient via a footpath that leads directly to the shoreline. Additionally, guests will receive a Putsborough beach car park pass for the duration of their stay, providing added convenience and flexibility for exploring the nearby beaches, including Putsborough Beach and Saunton Sands. Woolacombe, a popular seaside resort, is also just a short drive away, offering even more opportunities for seaside adventures and relaxation.
LIVING AREAS
The spacious living area at SEAGRASS features an open-plan layout, combining a comfortable lounge and dining area. Two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, offer ample seating for relaxation and can accommodate additional guests, allowing the property to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. A new Smart TV has been installed, providing entertainment options for rainy days or quiet evenings in. Complimentary internet access is also provided, ensuring connectivity throughout your stay.
Situated in front of a large window, the wooden dining table offers seating for 4 and boasts stunning ocean views over the nearby dunes. Whether enjoying a meal, entertaining guests, or simply admiring the sunset, this dining area provides a welcoming and picturesque setting for gatherings and relaxation.
KITCHEN
Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans and utensils you will need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.

Two additional people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOMS
Enter through the front door and immediately on your right hand side is a room with WC, and a separate shower room, with a large shower enclosure, heated towel rail and washing machine under a useful work surface.
OUTDOORS
SEAGRASS offers ample parking space with its very spacious gravel driveway, allowing for the parking of several cars. The enclosed lawned garden located in front of the house provides a safe and secure area for outdoor activities and play. Guests can take advantage of the gas BBQ and picnic bench for enjoyable al fresco dining experiences. Additionally, the enclosed front garden ensures the safety of your dog during their outdoor adventures.
Relaxation is made easy with provided amenities such as sun-loungers, allowing guests to soak up the sunshine or enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the elevated position of the property. For added convenience, a washing line and outside tap are available for rinsing and drying wetsuits after a day of beach activities.
As an added bonus, guests will benefit from free parking for one car at Putsborough Sands car park throughout the duration of their stay, making beach visits hassle-free and convenient.
