LIVING AREA:
Step through the front door into an open-plan lounge and dining area, adorned with comfortable sofas and a sunny alcove housing a dining table for six. Entertainment options include a flat-screen HD TV/DVD, WiFi, iPod docking station, VCR, radio, tape player and a bookcase full of books, games and some DVD's.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a bright and efficient space, featuring fitted cream and wood units, wood-effect laminate flooring, and essential appliances such as an electric 2-door oven with a grill, microwave, washing machine, and a small utility area that leads to the private lawned garden and deck, a suntrap perfect for relaxation.
BEDROOMS:
A central lobby leads to three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed for optimal comfort. The master bedroom boasts a large double bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds in an ocean-side coloured theme. The third bedroom, adorned with beach-themed decor, features a set of bunk beds.
BATHROOMS:
The family bathroom is equipped with a bath and electric shower, pedestal hand basin, and a separate WC. Ample storage is provided in the airing cupboard.
OUTDOORS:
The spacious private back garden is surrounded by an enclosed lawned area also featuring A delightful decked space, equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. A shed in the garden is perfect for storing surfboards and sporting equipment, complete with windbreaks, body boards, and beach gear.
