The open-plan porch area leads into the spacious lounge with two comfortable sofas and large LCD TV with Freeview and views out onto the front garden.
The sofas seat up to 7 with an additional bean bag/stool provided. Wi-fi is available at the property. The property is heated by electric wall panel heaters.
KITCHEN AND DINING:
The kitchen has a crisp clean and fresh feel with integrated hob, electric oven, dishwasher, freestanding fridge freezer, microwave,Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine, 4-slice toaster, kettle as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you would require (including crockery and cutlery for children).
There is a handy breakfast bar for those early morning coffees.
Off the conservatory is a handy utility room housing the washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board and additional storage space.
The light and airy conservatory dining room features a large dining table with seating for 8 that enjoys views through the large French doors out onto the rear decking and Croyde fields beyond.

A travel cot and high chair is available in the property. Please provide your own linen for the travel cot.

The family bathroom comprises a bath with electric power shower-over, pedestal washbasin and W.C.
Ground floor en-suite shower room electric power shower with wc, cabinet and handbasin.
Bath towels are provided.
OUTDOORS:
Garden table and chairs as well as sun loungers are provided. Enjoy the coal bricket BBQ for al fresco dining.
The garden is fully enclosed and wraps around the rear of the property comprising a large decked area as well as a small grass section.
Parking is available on the dedicated drive and can fit 2 smaller cars or 1 large vehicle.
