LIVING AREAS
The high ceilinged open plan living and dining area offers an ideal social space for all to relax. Whether it be watching the flat-screen TV with Sky Sports and Netflix whilst sinking into the comfortable leather sofas or enjoying a meal around the stylish dining table, you cannot fail to be impressed by the vista afforded by the large picture windows. The large French doors give direct access to the outside decked area.
KITCHEN
As you would expect in a home of this quality, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American style fridge freezer, complete with ice maker (perfect for ensuring the sundowners are properly chilled!), electric hob, single oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Once again, the open plan design ensures that being in the kitchen does not mean being separated from the rest of the party.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms,
Bedroom 1 is a double aspect room with views over the bay, perfect for checking out the surf without leaving your bed! The large double bed affords comfort and the en suite bathroom offers convenience. Bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe provide plenty of storage space.
The other Bedrooms are accessed via a door that leads to an inner hall.
Bedroom 2 is a bright, colourful twin room with views over the rooftops of Croyde. This room is well appointed with storage space and also has the added benefit of direct access to the deck via a private double glazed door.
Bedroom 3 is a bunk room, ideal for children, this cosy room has a warm, comfortable feel thanks to the pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and beds.
BATHROOMS
The family bathroom comprises a shower, w/c and wash basin

OUTDOORS
A decked area combined with plenty of lawn mean that there is ample outside space for all to enjoy. For al-fresco dining you really could not get a better vantage point to gaze over the village or out across the bay to Baggy Point and the ocean beyond. The extensive decked terrace wraps around the bungalow and stands above the sloping lawned garden.Please note that due to the sloped garden and stairs, access to this property would not be suitable for persons with restricted mobility.
