“Beautiful house equidistant from the pub and the beach! Gorgeous view too although they were just stating to built a house out in front when we were there so that might effect the view and quiet! Great toys and facilities for kids Lovely little touches like soap in the bathrooms and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher so no need to bring that. Would really recommend this house we had a fantastic week! Great indoor and outside spaces whatever the weather!”

This property is in the perfect spot, five minutes to the beach and five minutes to the centre of Croyde. The layout works brilliantly for groups, lots of common parts but also places to tuck yourself away. A really lovely spot to spend time

“Perfect family home - fabulous location!”Reviewed November 7, 2013 We stayed at Croyde Homelands for October half term. The house was perfect for our family (4 children from 10 down to 1) with useful little touches like toys, books, games, DVDs and kids cutlery and crockery that suited us perfectly. It's a short walk to the beach - which we did in the rain! And the kids even ventured into the sea in their wetsuits. The log burner was used more than we'd hoped - but it was lovely to be able to sit in front of it and play Monopoly whilst the rain lashed down outside! It's quite close to a caravan park which proved useful for the small supermarket there and the soft play and Costa coffee. We would definitely like to return - hopefully with some sunshine this time!!
