STABLE COTTAGE OVERVIEW
STABLE COTTAGE is a charming, beautifully furnished holiday cottage that has a relaxed, welcoming feel. The interior conveys a combination of neat joinery, textured wood and leather feel. This period building, lovingly restored by its owner, immediately greets you with its sense of warmth as you enter. Stable Cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Situated in the bustling village of Braunton, close to restaurants, pubs, local surf shops and just a short drive to all beaches in the immediate area. Nestled within the historic part of Braunton where local history is evident in the architecture and roads where horse drawn wagons once roamed.

LIVING AREA
The lounge, situated on the ground floor, is tastefully decorated with a working fireplace with wood-burner, ideal for cosy evenings in. Seating for 4/5 with Soft leather sofa, leather tub chair with foot stool, large television with Streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix on the Smart TV, Walls are a beautiful original exposed stonework and slate floors giving the cottage a distinctive Devon character. The cottage also has central heating which will keep the entire cottage warm should the weather demand.

KITCHEN
The kitchen offers a built in oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave as well as a good choice of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. With a dining area, perfect for those evenings where you want to eat in, share in good conversation, and enjoy a glass of wine.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.

BEDROOM 1:
This bedroom original period beams and high ceilings. includes a double bed, two bedroom side cabinets and large wardrobe, plus a TV mounted on the wall.
Bedroom one has double doors give you access to a private terrace, perfect for al fresco nights.


BEDROOM 2:
This generously sized room features some original exposed stone walls with twin beds that can be connected to make a queen size bed.
Large dresser as additional storage for clothes with lots of storage space.

BATHROOM
This spacious bathroom is finished to a very high standard, with modern fittings including a large bath, separate shower enclosure, WC and heated towel rail.
Downstairs as a very convenient cloakroom with WC and handwash basin.

OUTDOORS
From the master bedroom step out onto the private decking area with outdoor chairs. Stairs descend to the entrance courtyard below where there is plenty of space to store surfboards, bodyboards and beach gear.
A built in chimney oven provides a convenient wood storage..
