BRAUNTON BLUE DOLPHIN COTTAGE OVERVIEW
Come and stay in this delightful cottage in the heart of Braunton village. Lovingly furnished throughout, this is a real gem, the perfect home from which to explore the area. 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people, with a sunny enclosed rear courtyard garden, BBQ and picnic bench. There are nautical touches throughout the home, reminding you just how close to the beach you are!
This lovely cottage is situated in a private no-through road, making it a quiet and peaceful location for your holiday, whilst still being a short walk into Braunton, a bustling village full of lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. Superb surfing beaches are on your doorstep, jump in your car or hop on a bus and be at the beach in just 10 minutes!

LIVING AREAS
Enter into a small hallway. The lounge is on your left, with comfy sofas and a feature fireplace. The flatscreen Smart TV gives you access to YouTube and Facebook, and there is a DVD/BluRay player too. There are books and games to enjoy. Adjacent to the lounge is a lovely dining space, leading on to the kitchen. A solid wood dining table seats 6 with comfy high back chairs.

KITCHEN
A bright, practical kitchen with all you could need for a relaxing self catering stay.
Appliances include a double oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, as well as a good supply of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

BEDROOMS
All the bedrooms are located upstairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with wardrobe and drawer space. Contemporary minimalist feel with animal print soft furnishings.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with wardrobe and drawer space and a fun nautical theme.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bedroom (adult-size bunks) with drawer space.

BATHROOM
The upstairs family bathroom contains a bath, shower over, wash basin and WC. A spacious bathroom with a white and blue colour scheme.

OUTDOORS
There is a sunny rear courtyard garden with a picnic bench and a BBQ. This is an enclosed space, accessed from the kitchen, perfect for visitors bringing their dog. Sunloungers are stored in the outdoor shed. There is parking for 1 car just outside the property, and if you need further parking there is a paid car park nearby (free after 6pm).
