Beautifully presented, spotless house in a quiet corner of a private road. The hot tub provided an extra touch of luxury and entertainment for our young family. The welcome hamper of prosecco, homemade scones with jam and cream, and of course a jar of treats for the dog were all really well received and were a lovely touch. We definitely hope to return in future- thank you!

We had a really enjoyable time at the property. It was incredibly well decorated and presented. Perfect for what we needed! It was absolutely spotless too. The Prosecco and scones on arrival were a lovely touch! DVDs, games and Wii provided. Pool table was perfect for family competitions. We would stay again and recommend the property for others wishing to explore this part of the north Devon coast line.

Thrilled to bits with the cottage, what a superb location, very short walk to cafes, restaurants and top surf shops. Much bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated throughout. The host kindly left a lovely welcome, with a Devonshire cream tea for our arrival which we all enjoyed. Loved the hot tub, amazing for relaxing after a family surf lesson on Croyde beach. The little ones couldn't leave the pool table alone which was an amazing distraction from devices. Fell in love with the area, Croyde, Saunton Sands and Woolacombe 🥰, will be back for sure and would love stay stay again at Beacon View cottage. 5*'s for sure!

Beautiful cottage, really relaxing week. Everyone loved the pool table, and we spent many rainy days playing this and board games. So many extras, board games, beach toys etc. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day. Host was easy to contact and responded immediately. Thank you for a lovely week

Excellent stay at Beacon View. The accommodation was really spacious and clean, we spent a lot of our time in the sun room which over looks the garden, playing pool and making use of the hot tub. Location was great for walking into the nearby town with plenty of cafes and bars and only a 5-10 minute drive to nearby beaches

The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. The cream tea that was waiting for us on our arrival was a nice touch, especially after our long journey. There were also fresh flowers in the living room. The house is situated in a perfect location - a short drive from Saunton sands, which was a great beach for surfing and dogs, and a short walk to the shops and places to have a drink or a meal. Would definitely stay in this accommodation again!

Beacon View was comfortable and cosy and everything is provided. Everything was spotless and a warm welcome by Jeanette was very thoughtful and expected. We were able to visit the local beaches and villages as the weather was kind. Our favourite place for coffee and delicious food was as always the Riverside but the addition of a local deli was a bonus. Can't wait to return to speaking to you and lovely.

This accommodation is spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Clearly recently refurbished or redecorated, everything is pristine. We didn't cook or dine there, so cannot authoritatively comment upon the facilities in this area, but everything we needed was provided for. A lovely cream tea was provided upon arrival, as was tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Located in a quiet residential area, this home is ideal for peace, rest and relaxation.

On entering the house it looks lovely and modern with 'beachy' ornaments/pictures and furniture all co-ordinated. There are lovely flowers on the table, scones, jam and cream awaiting you. The front garden has parking for two or three cars although maneuvering in and out can be a bit tricky. It is on an estate of older bungalows with quite a lot of road noise. However the garden is of a good size and well equipped to spend time sitting and eating out there. It is easy to walk out into the local fields, town and Tescos. All useful. We booked the house for its downstairs bedroom and ensuite , for my disabled father. The rest of the rooms were of a good size. The kitchen seems well stocked although there was a shortage of small veg type knives and a cheese grater. Small omissions . All in all it provided a good standard of accommodation in a lovely area of North Devon. Ideal for a small family.

All had a wonderful holiday in your excellent property. Firstly the parking was much appreciated (we came into cars). Well cared for and the conservatory was a bonus. The children enjoy playing in there. Biggest hit was the doll and push chair for two-year-old. Having been to the area many times we love the sandy beaches and the position of the bungalow was perfect for them all. Also supermarket (Tesco), shops, restaurants on your doorstep. All ideal. Thank you for the opportunity to holiday here. Look forward to returning.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay in this very well equipped Anglo! Every room was spotlessly clean and it has been decorated to feel light and spacious. The card and cream tea was so welcoming and lovely to sit down to when we arrived! The hot tub was gorgeous and we made good use of it! In our experience, the beds in Holiday lets are often not the best but the beds were really comfortable. Despite the very busy road running alongside the property, we felt that the area was quiet and the traffic didn't bother us even when we were sat in the garden. The area seems to be great for visiting many lovely beaches and there are many gorgeous shops and places to eat. Many thanks for providing a real 'home from home'

Absolutely delightful! This is obviously a new holiday let that has recently been completely refurbished and the owner has certainly put a lot of thought and consideration for guests into it. It is very well equipped and extremely comfortable for any kind of party, whether it be families with children or couples. The back garden is low maintenance but very attractive with plenty of flowers. The sun room is lovely to use when the evenings become cooler. And the large, luxurious hot tub is well worth the money. Braunton centre, with a good choice of good eateries, is less than a five minute flat walk away. We would certainly recommend this property and will definitely return.
