WOOLACOMBE HIGH SPREACOMBE LODGE OVERVIEW
Located in the beautiful countryside above Woolacombe Bay, this large family-friendly holiday home enjoys the best of coast and countryside! Woolacombe beach and the bustling surfing village are just a 5 minute drive away, and unspoilt countryside is on your doorstep. There are even distant sea views across the estuary towards Appledore.

A beautifully presented home with a luxurious feel - thoughtfully and tastefully furnished with beautiful soft furnishings and a sophisticated colour scheme.

Highlights include the stunning rural and distant sea views, a large private garden, two living rooms, cosy log fire, parking for 4 cars and inclusive WiFi internet access.

LIVING AREAS
A real highlight of this home is the two living rooms. Both have flatscreen TVs and share a dual aspect log fire, perfect on chilly evenings! The larger living room seats 8 people, and the second seats 6 people comfortably.
There is also a very useful entrance hallway with masses of space for walking boots, coats and beach gear. A utility room leads off this entrance room, housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge/freezer.
WiFi internet access, SKY TV with movie package, a sound system, PlayStation console with games, DVD player, selection of DVDs, books, games and children’s toys are also provided for your entertainment.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is the heart of the home. There is everything you could need for a stress-free self catering stay. Appliances include a fridge, dedicated drinks fridge, double electric oven, gas hob, large aga, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and kettle. There is also a good selection of pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery (including children’s).
A long dining table seats 10 comfortably and a high chair is provided.

BEDROOMS
5 bedrooms sleep 10 people (Please note that this property accepts a maximum of 8 adults) . All bedrooms are located upstairs.
Bedroom 1: Master double bedroom with super king size bed, wardrobe and plenty of beautiful furniture, as well as access to the first floor balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king size bed and access to the first floor balcony.
Bedroom 3: Versatile bedroom with twin beds that can be zip-linked to make a super king size double bed (please state your preference on booking)

There is also a useful downstairs WC, leading off the entrance hall.
Bath towels are provided.


OUTDOORS
There is plenty of parking space for up to 4 cars (two in a carport and space for two more on the driveway).
In the garden there is a covered patio area with charcoal BBQ which is ideal for spending time outdoors whatever the weather. A first floor balcony is a wonderful space to sit and enjoy the surrounding country and distant sea views. The balcony benefits from afternoon and evening sun. Enjoy use of a very large lawn area, perfect for games and sunny days spent outside in the fresh air. There is a summerhouse, swingset and a slide to keep little ones happy and sunloungers for the grown ups to soak up the sunshine! There is outside seating for 10 people.
