The apartment features floor to ceiling windows offering stunning views of the coast and is furnished to a very high standard.
There is secure underground parking for 1 car, and secure communal parking for visitors. Just a few minutes away are the shops and restaurants that Westward Ho! has to offer, and of course the beach! Other nearby activities include a championship golf course, horse riding, tennis, and miles of cliff top walks. Within a short driving distance are the quaint villages of Hartland, Clovelly, Appledore, Instow and the historic market town of Bideford. This is the perfect seaside apartment for families, couples or friends.

A large open plan living area includes the lounge, kitchen and dining area, making this a very sociable holiday apartment. The lounge contains a leather sofa and two leather chairs, a coffee table, and a 40” flat screen LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD player. The apartment has great facilities including free high speed fibre optic WiFi, an iPod docking station, DVDs and books.

Floor to ceiling windows are the main feature of this room and the views are simply outstanding! The dining table seats 4 people, perfect for meals with friends and family, and a high chair is kindly provided.
Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony with a table and chairs and those fantastic ocean views!
Central heating will keep you warm in winter months and WiFi access is included in the rental cost.

The kitchen is stylish and contemporary, and very well-equipped. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all other essential kitchen pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also installed, located in the boiler cupboard.

There are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with en-suite, has large floor to ceiling windows with stunning views out to the sea. A door opens onto the balcony area, offering panoramic sea views. This bedroom contains a double bed, bedside tables, generous built-in wardrobe space and a 26” LCD TV.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, generous built-in wardrobe space and bedside tables.
A travel cot is provided at no additional cost.
