SAUNTON SUNSHINE COTTAGE OVERVIEW
SUNSHINE COTTAGE is located in the beautiful rural hamlet of Lobb, just a few minutes from Saunton Sands. Due to its elevated position, the cottage enjoys wonderful far reaching views over Braunton Burrows, Saunton and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. It is a semi-detached property, adjacent to another self catering property, with a lovely courtyard garden, with plenty of space to run around and play, and a luxurious Hot Tub.
The beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe are close by, as well as two championship golf courses in Saunton and miles and miles of country and coastal footpaths to explore. The perfect family escape in a picturesque part of North Devon.

LIVING AREAS
Double-fronted glass entrance doors lead you directly into the welcoming 16th Century country cottage, with its unique farmhouse charm, quirky warmth and magical enchantment. The cottage is full of old farmhouse charm with very unique shaped windows and unusual tree trunk' supports in the lounge instead of concrete pillars. The stairs are accessed from the left corner of the living room and there is electric panel heating. The cottage benefits from rustic flagstone flooring and hand=crafted timber-filled features, which encapsulate the property, including bespoke handcrafted wooden staircase and kitchen area.

KITCHEN
Leading off the living room is the large kitchen/diner, a fantastic social space with a table that seats 8/10 people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, under counter fridge, double oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the essential pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.

BEDROOMS
Enjoy an excellent nights sleep on top of the range mattresses and duck down duvets and pillows. SUNSHINE COTTAGE can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor bunk bedroom sleeping 2 people.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs bedroom with super king size double bed and a separate single bed, sleeping 3 people in total. This bedroom enjoys fantastic views towards the sea, Saunton.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs family room with super king size double bed and bunk beds, sleeping 4 people.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Large downstairs shower room with WC and basin.
WC 1: Upstairs with basin.
WC 2: In outdoor wash room.

OUTDOORS
The cottage enjoys unbroken panoramic sea views of the Atlantic Ocean with the North Devon Heritage Coast and Biosphere all captured within this stunning vista. Guests have exclusive use of a private courtyard, a large Hot Tub with deck chairs and tables (see Add To Basket) and a BBQ is provided; enjoy celebratory days and evenings in privacy. In the courtyard is a wash house containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and a useful WC with wash basin. In addition there is a lawned area perfect for keeping kids happy!! There is plenty of outdoor seating with children’s chairs provided.
The cottage has ample parking.

Please note that SUNSHINE COTTAGE is next door and attached to another self-catering property (THE GRANGE). Please be aware that noise can travel from this popular property when guests are in situ.
