ILFRACOMBE GABRIEL HOUSE | 5 Bedrooms | Ilfracombe | Sleeps 10 Ref 512911

Built in the late 1800's as a Captain's residence, located directly on the Promenade, overlooking Wilder Beach, Gabriel House stands high and proud above the sea front overlooking the sea and out towards the Bristol Channel. This grand property is accessed via a large, private car park providing much sought after private parking for guests.

Gabriel House offers spacious, extremely stylish accommodation on three floors with a private courtyard garden as well as a pretty sloping garden.

This beautiful period building is located just a few minutes stroll away from the Tunnels Beaches (one of Devon's premiere wedding venues), bustling harbour, shops and restaurants of Ilfracombe. You can walk to many attractions from this gorgeous holiday home - visit the Tunnels Beaches, hand carved in the 1820's and steeped in Victorian history. Take a walk along the coastal footpaths and admire the rugged scenery. Be sure to visit the impressive bronze ‘Verity’ sculpture, which stands 20 metres tall, created by the world famous artist Damien Hirst. Eat at a Michelin starred restaurant, The Olive Room. Enjoy a visit to the theatre or one of the many galleries. There is so much to do in Ilfracombe, or take time to travel just a few miles further afield to one of the stunning surf beaches at Croyde, Saunton or Woolacombe.

The entrance hall sets the tone for Gabriel House, the polished oak floor glows with care and carefully chosen period furniture sits perfectly. From the hall, enter the lounge on your left. Stairs lead to the first floor from the hallway.
