LIVING AREAS
Newly decorated in beachy pastel shades, with a door leading into to the garden, this light-filled living space with two black leather sofas, glass dining table with seating for 4 and entertainment system with DVD/CD and flat-screen TV is a relaxing and cosy room which flows seamlessly to the rest of the house and the outdoor entertainment area.

KITCHEN
In between the lounge / dining area and bedroom, the kitchen is modern and contemporary with clean white lines and appliances including; microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine and ample cutlery & crockery. With views out to the established garden, the space is perfect for preparing that special meal.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 has a cream and green theme, with a double bed, ample storage space, quality furnishings and windows overlooking the front garden.

Bedroom 2: Contains 2 single beds, is decorated in cool-blue with quality soft furnishings and windows overlooking the front garden.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the refurbished shower-room which contains a WC, hand basin, heated towel rail, mirror and shower cubicle.

With both front and back gardens, there is ample space for your relaxation and entertaining needs. The back garden is accessed through the lounge / dining area’s door.
