CROYDE LINDENS OVERVIEW
This popular single-storey home has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people, and has a fantastic sociable open plan living space as well as a separate lounge. CROYDE LINDENS is in an enviable location behind the sand dunes of Croyde beach. The beach is just a 320 metre walk away! Other highlights include a large private garden and a hot tub (Please see Add To Basket). If you are looking for top quality pet-friendly accommodation by the beach then look no further!
Croyde is a popular surf village with pretty thatched cottages, excellent pubs and restaurants as well as surf shops, a mini supermarket, swimming pools, horse riding and much more!. Other award-winning beaches including Putsborough, Woolacombe and Saunton are just a short car journey away. The South West Coast Path can be accessed from Croyde, as well as miles of inland public footpaths.

LIVING AREAS
The heart of the home is the impressive open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is a vibrant red, white and grey contemporary theme. The sitting area in this room has a flatscreen TV. There is also a separate large sitting room adjacent, with comfy sofas to relax on and a further TV and home entertainment,with French doors opening into the garden.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything to make your self-catering stay easy and stress-free. The central island has a breakfast bar and creates lots of space for preparing meals and keeping the cook company! Quality appliances include a large fridge/freezer, oven with gas hob, dishwasher, wine storage unit, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and all other essential utensils and cookware.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: Impressive master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. French doors open onto a private terrace with direct access to the hot tub. This room has a large double bed and pretty French style furniture.
Bedroom 2: Pretty double bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom.
Bedroom 4: Bunk bedroom, ideal for children but the beds are adult size.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Spacious en suite shower room to Bedroom 1, with shower enclosure, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2: Modern family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, hand basin and towel rail.
There is another cloak room with WC.

OUTDOORS
A wonderful outdoor space with a luxurious hot tub, built-in brick BBQ and numerous seating areas. The well established, enclosed garden has lawn areas to run around on and patio areas too.
At the rear of the garage is a very handy storage room, great for storing bicycles, surf boards and other outdoor kit. This room as a few beach toys, bodyboards, bean bags.
There is parking space for 3 cars.
