BRAUNTON COBB COTTAGE | 4 Bedrooms | Braunton | Sleeps 6 Ref 357998

BRAUNTON COBB COTTAGE OVERVIEW
This gorgeous Grade II listed cottage was built in traditional 'cob' fashion during the 17th century, and was originally owned by the Earl of Devon. It retains many original features such as the inglenook fireplace with baker’s oven and ancient oak beams while embracing modern life with a very stylish but homely look and feel. COBB COTTAGE is in the centre of the village within a few miles of the golden sands of Saunton Beach, Croyde and Woolacombe, rated as one of the top 10 beach destinations in the world. Surf schools, cycle hire, tennis, horse riding, fishing and golf are all nearby.

4 Bedrooms sleep 6 people, up to 3 dogs are welcome, and Wi-Fi is included. COBB COTTAGE offers exceptional style and comfort, with guests often commenting that the owners have ‘thought of everything’. It’s an historical and unique holiday home, with a sheltered alfresco dining area and a large and well-maintained garden.

LIVING AREAS
The cosy lounge with original beams seats 6 people. In winter months relax in front of the living flame fire, housed in the old fireplace with original bread oven.
